Please excuse the delay in thanking you for renewing our home in Daly City. It is not often that I write a letter of gratitude to a contractor or home improvement company but you have renewed my faith in good business professionals.
Our sewer backed up in our garage a few times a year. Although we knew the time would come when we would have to enlist the help of a professional, we procrastinated not knowing whom to call or trust. We contacted our homeowners insurance and they referred us to San Francisco Plumbing Company and from that moment, we never lifted a finger. Someone called us within minutes, conducted a brief phone interview and within a few hours we had someone at our doorstep surveying our disaster.
To my amazement, San Francisco Plumbing Company took immediate action. With the latest technological equipment, Clay and his assistant assessed the damage and made recommendations to remedy our backed up sewer. Video images displayed an excessively damaged sewer line caused by tree roots from the start of our garage through the driveway. Each step was carefully explained in laymen's terms and drawn out to give us an understanding of the damage. What convinced us to contract the work was their sincere attitude to fix and not oversell us. When Clay came back an hour later to replace a leaky sewer plug, I was amazed. He said he noticed that the plug threads on the bathrooms sewer pipeline might be stripped and had a few moments to stop by and replace it. Consciously noticing an area that was not directly connected to the sewer problem at hand and taking the time to remedy it was beyond the call of duty; we were sold.

They contracted the cement company to pave our driveway and even had them match the design to seam up the area around our house. All the workers involved never bothered us and always covered and cleaned up, not only, our property but our neighbors, as well. Clay even came by and checked up on the work to ensure our satisfaction. We were extremely satisfied with our experience with San Francisco Plumbing Company and only wish we could have sent flyers to the neighboring houses using other inferior sewer companies. Our work was done in less than a week while others had their driveways torn-up for several weeks.
